Terms of Consultation & Cancellation Policy

Welcome to drahsantariqdogar.health. These Terms of Consultation govern your use of this website and all clinical consultations—both in-clinic and remote tele-health appointments conducted via our official WhatsApp clinical channel—with Dr. Ahsan Tariq Dogar, Consultant Neuro-Psychiatrist & Behavioral Therapist.

1. WhatsApp Consultation Channel & Scope

To offer streamlined and accessible psychiatric care, all appointment inquiries, slot confirmations, and remote video/audio consultations are coordinated directly through our official WhatsApp desk. By contacting our desk or scheduling a consultation, you agree to these operational terms.

2. Advance Payment & Slot Confirmation

• Payment Requirement: Consultation slots (in-clinic and online WhatsApp sessions) are confirmed only after the consultation fee payment proof (bank transfer receipt, JazzCash, or Easypaisa) is received and verified by our clinical desk.
• 2-Hour Reservation Hold: Tentative appointment slots reserved without payment confirmation are automatically released after 2 hours so that waiting patients may be scheduled.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Notice Window

• Timely Notice: If you must reschedule or cancel, you must notify our clinical desk via WhatsApp at least 4 to 6 hours prior to your scheduled consultation time.
• Complimentary Reschedule Credit: Cancellations made with adequate notice (at least 4–6 hours) qualify for one (1) free reschedule credit, redeemable within 14 calendar days.
• Late Cancellation Policy: Cancellations submitted less than 4 hours before the appointment time forfeit the consultation fee, as dedicated clinical time cannot be reallocated on short notice.

4. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy

• 15-Minute Waiting Period: For WhatsApp video or audio consultations, our desk will initiate the call and send a notification message at the scheduled start time. The physician remains on standby for 15 minutes.
• No-Show Forfeiture: If a patient fails to answer calls or reply within 15 minutes, the appointment is marked as a “No-Show”, the slot is concluded, and the fee is non-refundable.
• Late Connection: If a patient connects late within the 15-minute window, the consultation will conclude at the originally scheduled end time to ensure subsequent patients are not delayed.

5. Technical Connectivity Glitches

In the event of sudden network degradation, internet disconnection, or power interruption during an active WhatsApp consultation:

• The session will promptly switch to a direct cellular audio call.
• If cellular connection cannot be established within 10 minutes, the remaining consultation time will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient slot at no additional charge.

6. Physician Clinical Delay or Emergency

As a Consultant Neuro-Psychiatrist managing acute hospital cases, unexpected emergency patient crises may occasionally cause schedule adjustments. If Dr. Ahsan Tariq Dogar is delayed due to an urgent hospital crisis:

• You will be promptly alerted via WhatsApp.
• You will receive the choice of an immediate priority reschedule or a 100% full refund.

7. Confidentiality & Prohibition of Recording

To maintain complete medical privilege and protect patient privacy, any unauthorized audio recording, screen recording, or video capture of consultation sessions is strictly prohibited. Clinical notes are maintained in secure, confidential medical files.
